Meet Dr. Brett


Originally from South Florida, Dr. Brett chose to make Knoxville his home in 2015 after marrying Dr. Sarah, a Knoxville native, and his parents relocated to Knoxville in 2009. Dr. Brett lives in Knoxville with his wife and 3 children.

Dr. Brett is an osteopathic physician trained in Internal Medicine, Rheumatology, exercise science and regenerative medicine. Dr. Brett is also a certified personal trainer with the International Sports Science Association (ISSA) and has a certification in bodybuilding as well.

Additionally, Dr. Brett specializes in a healthspan focus to improve the quality of life of his patients for decades through specific knowledge and training in cardiovascular disease, nutrition, body composition analysis, VO2 max testing and programming, as well as customized strength and stability programming.

Dr. Brett enjoys hiking, cycling, lifting weights, gardening and spending time with his wife and children. Additionally, Dr. Brett is an active participant with his local church.
